Tots in Elmwood (TIE, formerly known as TIE Tykes) emphasize activities that involve both parents and children that build healthy child development.
TIE is for children 0-5 years old and is a FREE drop-in program.
Tuesday and Thursday 9.15-11.30 am at EK Active Living Center. A place to meet other parents and caregivers, children can enjoy creative playtime, circle time, craft time, and enjoy a healthy snack together.
